Shipping, Order Revisions & Returns

Shipping

CRT Adventure Gear currently uses USPS First-Class package services.  A flat shipping rate of $4.00 per order is applied regardless of delivery location within the contiguous United States. Alternatively, local pickup can be arranged for customers wishing to take delivery in Glen Rose, TX.  The shipping or local pickup option is selected at checkout.


When orders are processed and shipped, Customers will receive tracking information via email.  Transit time will depend on destination, but in general it will be 3-5 days.  The actual transit time may be impacted by a number of things beyond our control including federal holidays, seasonal shipping demand, and weather to name a few.  We don't make any guarantees related to delivery date.  If receipt date is critical, please Contact Us for a custom shipping quote using a next-day service.


Non-holiday weekday orders (M-F): Orders received by 2PM Central will be shipped and transferred to USPS the same day received. 
Weekend orders (S & SU): Orders may be shipped, but packages will be transferred to USPS the first non-holiday weekday after being received.

Order Revisions and Returns

Customer satisfaction is part of our core mission here at CRT Adventure Gear, and we work hard to produce high quality products.  As such, we are confident in every item that goes out to a customer.


In general, orders can be revised at any point before they are shipped.  However, please note the weekday/weekend order shipping guidelines above.  If you have received tracking information, then an order can no longer be revised.


If there is an issue upon receipt, please Contact Us (Product Support) to let us know immediately.  Returns can only be accepted for unused products in their original condition, and a RMA must be given and referenced on the return.
